You will be expected to share in on-call shifts proportional to the number of sessions worked. The on-call doctor manages the total triage process for that day, working with reception to ensure appropriate management and a suitable next step, such as signposting or booking a GP appointment.

You will be registered with GMC and engaged in regular clinical work.

You will provide clinical care to patients, this will include consultation sessions, telephone triage, econsults, correspondence, results, medication reviews and prescription signing and other clinical administration, medicals, reports, home visits, surgery meetings and on-call (excluding out of hours).
