You will work to understand the needs of different user personas (data scientists, machine learning engineers, scientists and R&D IT analysts), analyze their data environment, assist in the design and implementation of self-service solutions, and create training artifacts to accelerate adoption and growth.

You will work alongside and collaborate, when needed, with both the wider People Operations & Experience Team and The People Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the other People Assistants in maintaining confidential and personal employee data information within the 4people (HR) system (Sage People).

You will hold a Master's degree in relevant subject area (PhD desirable)

You will have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area

You will have successful track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes

You will have proven experience of providing individual and group study skills support in response to identified learning needs
