You will be a great fit if you: - Have 5+ years full-stack experience, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript depth. - Are backend-leaning, with deep Node. js and API experience. - Have previously worked in early-stage start-ups or very lean engineering teams. - Have extensive evidence of being a hands-on individual contributor in complex codebases.

You must speak, write and be able to understand fluent English. - Deep knowledge and regular usage of Firebase suite, especially Firestore. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

You must enjoy constantly learning and researching to improve your level of expertise.

You will shape both how interactions are built and what expressive capabilities are possible, translating cutting-edge research into robust, real-world systems.

You will ensure best practices are used for delivering network security. Continually monitoring, maintaining and testing the threat landscape and security posture. - Provide regular service status updates to line management and agree and monitor service availability targets.

You will wear multiple hats and solve varied problems.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating market opportunity into scalable commercial success within a fast-evolving genomics and healthcare environment.

You will define the regional sales vision, anticipate industry and customer shifts, and lead high-performing teams to deliver sustained growth.

You will work closely with partners and vendors and be supported by a dedicated SDR. We are looking for someone dynamic and keen to operate in a client-facing role.
