You will work alongside the senior Nurse to manage the on-call service and manage the ward budgets, and lead by example, acting as a role model to all members of the nursing team, leading care teams and creating a positive learning environment that makes a difference and changes lives for the better.

You will work as part of the Enhanced Care and Security teams across the Trust to maintain safety, dignity, and a therapeutic environment for patients and staff. You will mainly be working on the highly specialised male ASD wards. In this role you will assess, implement and develop an OT treatment programme according to service users diagnosis and identified needs.

You will take part in the on-call rota and other consultants from the area will be expected to provide cross-cover for leave.

You will have 2.5 Supporting Programmed Activities (10 hours a week) to support your professional development, attend your monthly peer group, quarterly medical advisory committee and local post-graduate meetings.
