You will be working in a great designed to support individuals with residentialand dementia care needs. This Edwardian house has retained all the style of what was once a private residence.

You will be working in a residential and Residential Dementia setting.

You will be expected to build a good working relationship with the client, her family, and her team of PAs.

You will also provide social and emotional support within the home and support the client to access the community and attend local activities.

You must be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to use your own initiative.

You will travel between clients' homes throughout your shift, providing person-centred care that supports comfort, wellbeing, and independence. What You'll Be Doing • Providing high-quality personal care in clients' homes • Supporting with medication and accurate documentation
