Workforce Planning Manager jobs in Eilean Siar

You will undertake assessment and care management and other Social Work responsibilities including liaison with health, private and voluntary agencies.

You will also monitor, review and assess individual care plans and respond to changing needs.

You must hold a Diploma in Social Work or equivalent related Social Work qualification.

You must have the passion and drive to take a lead role in continuing to improve the quality of the services we provide to the people we support and to effectively lead and support The Team Facilitator to manage our frontline support staff.

You will have experience in regulatory change, compliance and/or risk management, in the insurance industry, and you will be proactive in building expertise in response to changes in the market and regulatory focus areas.

You will work alongside a multi-skilled team to deliver the project to time, cost, and quality requirements.

You will be collaborating with the Project Manager to plan, execute and monitor projects, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.
