You will be the central pillar for the business's financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Your role is split into two critical areas. Maintain the primary ledger, guaranteeing all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Master multi-currency transactions—a key requirement for our international operations.

You will manage a wide range of tasks including statutory compliance documentation, payroll inputs, HR administration for starters, leavers and movers, CAFM reporting, purchase orders, contractor access coordination, and general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Maintain ownership and control of statutory compliance documentation, uploading to databases as required.

You will be adaptable and responsive to change. Your skills – You’ll be a confident user of IT & the Microsoft packages, specifically excel. You’ll also be confident using CRM databases. Communication – You’ll be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with internal colleagues, customers and contractors on a daily basis.

You will engage directly with clients and nursing staff, fostering strong working relationships, while using our comprehensive in-house CRM system along with Microsoft applications to manage bookings. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations concerning incoming bookings via phone, email, and various platforms.
