You will focusing on supporting the team in enabling works phase of the overhead lines sites prior to tower assembly and erection.

You will be contributing to the increased network capacity required to deliver the UK government's pathway to 2030 and the transition to net zero.

You will join us on a permanent basis, with Full Time and Part Time positions available, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour.

You will assist and encourage people with their evening routines and activities, while providing consistent physical and emotional support throughout the night.

You must be able to work within and uphold the Christian ethos of CrossReach, be willing to register with the SSSC and join the PVG Scheme.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.

You will be expected to cover all Shetland Islands and throughout the Highlands and Islands locality.

You will be expected to carry a small case load.

You will be expected to work within a Multi-disciplinary community based team in partnership with GP, Primary Care, 3rd sector and CMHT colleagues, in the delivery of psychological therapy programs with individuals who present with mild to moderate mental health problems using a strength based recovery focused approach that involves the patient as a partner in their care-planning.
