You will need to be very comfortable in sit visits, installations, SLA’s to meet and documentation.

You will also be working under the Service Desk Manager. This position will start of remote, then will be re-locating to the office in Camberley.

You will be dealing with IT support calls, troubleshooting and escalating to other team members.

You will need to be naturally technically minded with good interpersonal skills and show business enterprise.

You will need to think quick and prioritise problem solving within all aspects of tasks.

You will need to have proficient communication skills and high levels of customer service. Desirable Requirements- Knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Office 365. Previous networking experience. Effective communication when escalating duties to 2nd line. Passion for all things Tech.
