You will ensure our proposals are technically sound, commercially competitive, and aligned with our growth targets. Beyond tendering, you will serve as our Salesforce Superuser/admin, providing essential support to the sales team and ensuring our CRM data is optimised for success.

You must be able to get under the skin of your clients' business to ensure its DNA is present in the content you develop, and you must ensure it is aligned with their values and culture.

You will be working as part of a team from your Bid Manager to Commercial Manager and Estimating to collate and gather all relevant information to compile compelling tenders and bids.
