You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of advice and support services to valued clients. The environment is busy and fast-paced, so you’ll need to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator who thrives in a team setting. Duties will include (but not be limited to):

You will be responsible for coordinating client webcasts, managing timelines, supporting clients throughout the process, and acting as a reliable point of contact between clients and internal teams.

You will lead the internal delivery of client paid webcast events and act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients throughout the entire process.

You will be responsible for setting up and testing campaigns for live events and competitions, ensuring they are configured correctly and function smoothly.

You will work collaboratively with teams across client services, commercial, product, operations, and tech, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

You will then earn commission if they decide to invest their money with the business.

You will have autonomy to work your desk how you see fit, with extensive training in the first 4 weeks, 2 of which will be in the London office.

You will receive a £60k basic with commission increasing you to the below expected rates.

You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.

You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.

You will likely bring - Experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm in an administrative or client support role

You will be responsible for your own files, handling a broad range of private client matters including Wills, estate administration, estate and tax planning, trust administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and other related advisory matters.

You will also support colleagues across the team as required.
