You will be responsible for driving profitability, supporting business development, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring robust commercial controls are in place across the business.

You will also play an integral role in developing and improving internal procedures, policies, and commercial standards as the business continues to expand.

You will be responsible for managing the flow of project documentation, ensuring all technical drawings and records are accurately uploaded, distributed, and archived. Duration: 4 weeks (Temporary) starting on 26/01/2026 Location: London (City/Liverpool Street) Sector: Residential & Schools

You will help manage Field’s tender processes ensuring we achieve the optimal price without compromising on quality of delivery (to schedule).

You will be the key commercial point of contact for our BESS tenders.

You will use this experience to refine our approach for future tenders.

You will have a background in and experience of construction or infrastructure projects. You may have experience in a field such as accounting, audit, commercial management & quantity surveying, project controls, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering, or you may have held a specialist assurance role within a client or in a public sector organisation.

You will be responsible for directly selling high-end PV modules and system solutions to commercial and industrial end-users (factories, warehouses, supermarkets, hotels, farms, etc.) within a designated region. Your core objectives are to develop new clients, manage the entire sales process, exceed sales targets, and build long-term client relationships.

You will:Identify the risks, liabilities, and commitments of contractual agreements; ensure these are clearly understood and that the business fully appreciates any potential impact.

You will lead business development, manage senior client relationships, negotiate Power Purchase Agreements, and help shape and strengthen a high-performing commercial function. This is a high impact, high-visibility position suited to someone who excels in both strategic planning and hands on execution.

You will identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships while proactively developing high-value corporate sales opportunities.
