You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and strengthen compliance through effective desktop audits and reviews – helping to drive the commercial success and credibility of our schemes.

You will work across a wide variety of clinical cases, supporting the full design process from interpreting surgical plans to developing guide systems and custom implants. As your skills grow, you will progress toward independently managing your own cases and contributing to the evolution of our design workflows.

You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it

You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if youre successful, therell be a driving assessment when you join us

You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
