You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

You will have good organisation and administrative skills, knowledge of dealer management systems would be an advantage but is not essential. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will be entrusted with the daily management of customer accounts, primarily involving individuals in arrears. Your purpose shall be to understand each customer's circumstances, negotiate sustainable repayment solutions, and steer each account towards timely and appropriate resolution.

You will be working with Customers who are primarily in arrears and you will help by ensuring their account is resolved by agreeing and negotiating repayments that are affordable and sustainable to the Customer. This will also include options of a direct debit, the booking of a pre-payment meter or a arranging a meter ‘change of mode’ on certain account types.
