You will be primarily responsible for driving store profitability through effective sales strategies and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing necessary corrective actions based on performance data.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and consultative selling tailored to individual customer needs and preferences. Key duties involve maintaining an in-depth understanding of current inventory and features, actively participating in team meetings and training sessions, and supporting colleagues during peak periods.

You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.
