You will carry out supervisor role 7.5 hours of the week and cleaner role 7.5 hours of the week).

You will also be required to monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulation, reporting any difficult issues to management.

You will be responsible for setting up rooms for lets and being the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues.

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.

You will only be paid for the hours that you work. North Lanarkshire Council has reached its current allocation of Certificates of Sponsorship and, as a result, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

You will undertake day to day FM, janitorial and DIY operations across one or more buildings, ranging from small repairs and general maintenance to reactive cleaning, supporting moves and conducting basic security functions. - Equipment and furniture and fitting maintenance

You will be required to provide this check.

You will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle to deliver goods to designated locations.
