We are looking for a skilled, compassionate tutor who can provide gentle, flexible support to a young person in year 2, S, who is currently managing both PDA-related needs and the emotional impact of a recent family bereavement. You will support the faculty management and wider team to achieve the required targets and contribute to the academic and operational effectiveness of delivery.

You will play a vital part of our learner journey and success by being responsive to learner queries to ensure their timely progress and achievement.

You will provide high-class professional support for your two co-tutors and work closely with the support team based in that class to develop the personalised provision for our learners.

You will have demonstrable evidence of the following, ideally in a SEND setting:

You will need to be self-motivated and a team player. This is a permanent position and is available for 37 hours per week. You will be responsible for organising and managing your own workload whilst maintaining the highest level of standards. Each of our subject areas is faculty driven and as an Associate member of the team you will have direct contact with a Head of Faculty to support you with caseload management, learner queries and assessment processes.
