You will be given lots of autonomy in your role and will strive to continually build your knowledge of BHF. What are we looking for? Previous retail experience isn’t essential. What truly counts is your passion, energy, and ability to deliver the very best customer service.

You will work alongside the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support for children who have suffered trauma and may struggle to manage their emotions and behaviour in healthy ways. Your leadership will ensure that children’s needs are met and that the team is fully supported in delivering exceptional care.

You will be given lots of autonomy in your role and will strive to continually build your knowledge of BHF. What are we looking for? Previous retail experience isn’t essential. What truly counts is your passion, energy, and ability to deliver the very best customer service.

You will also check deliveries and ensure all crockery and equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately and the kitchen, dining areas, including equipment, are cleaned to statutory Health and Safety standards. Ideally, we are looking for someone with Level 2 or Level 3 catering qualification or equivalent or a commitment to undertake further training and development relevant to the role.

You will be happy working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
