You will combine hands-on care with responsibility for supporting staff, maintaining standards and responding calmly to any issues that arise during the night.

You will have experience working in a care setting and be confident in taking on a supervisory role, particularly during night shifts.

You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care while providing clear direction and support to the night staff team, maintaining standards when senior management are not present.

You will be an experienced care professional holding an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with the ability to lead confidently during night shifts.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
