Shift Assistant jobs in Witney

You will help residents with daily living activities while ensuring quality care and companionship. You will carry out general repairs to plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, and building structures, as well as overseeing the maintenance of air conditioning, refrigerators, and swimming pool equipment. You’ll also handle routine preventive maintenance and work with contractors for major repairs when needed.

You will hold mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience and will hold a level 3 engineering qualification (or equivalent). The role itself will be predominantly working on the new robotic wall line that the company has recently invested heavily in. This varied position will entail both pre-planned and reactive maintenance as well as extensive project-based work for continuous improvement.

You will also be tasked to pro-actively support the business within the Screens and Web Printing Manufacturing area.

You will be asked to weigh, measure and check raw materials to assure screens that are manufactured contain proper materials and quantities, and do not contain materials that have expired.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will be able to work on your own and as part of a team, support our Café manager, and show initiative with a positive, can-do attitude.

You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, ensuring high standards in the preparation and serving of drinks and food, and diligent in matters of hygiene and food safety.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,856.62 per annum.

You will ensure that practice leadership is developed, recognised and reflected in all we do as you work on shift as part of the working rota, enabling you to act as a role model of best practice.
