You will DoThis position is responsible for the recruitment of Officers and Ratings from the Market. Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaking telephone calls to seafarers from CAS, job portals, and references. Coordinating CBTs and interviews by managers. Handling documentation and certificate verification of shortlisted seafarers.

You will coordinate the deployment of both employed and self-contracted clinicians, including Doctors, Optometrists and Healthcare Support Staff, and liaise with approved staffing agencies when required. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth delivery of patient care and the optimisation of clinical resources.

You must follow all company Health & Safety guidance and instructions, as detailed in the Dalkia Health & Safety Policy.

You will liaise closely with Surveyors, Designers, Buyers, Estimators, SHE, Chief Engineers, Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Quality Assurance (QA) and Human Resources (HR).

You will play a key role in supporting design and build tender activity, developing cost-effective engineering solutions, and managing the design process from inception through delivery.
