Customer Case Handler jobs in Fife

You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Claims Assistants, Claims Managers and Technical Consultants alongside other departments of the business.

You will also coach, develop and support other Colleagues as part of your role. About the Team/Day in the life The Claims Team handles all claims from inception through to resolution.

You will manage the Facilities, Security, Manufacturing (including capital expenditure) and MRO categories as part of the Indirect Commodity Management team. The Commodity Manager will work closely with external suppliers as well as internal customers developing sourcing strategies and business cases, selecting sources, negotiating and managing supplier agreements of various types.

You must have experience in a similar role in a busy and complex HR environment and be educated to degree level or equivalent in a related field, and CIPD qualification (or working towards). You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should be educated to Standard Grade (or equivalent) with passes in English and Arithmetic.

You must also have good keyboard/typing skills with the ability to work on your own initiative. Good organisational & listening skills are essential as well as a flexible approach to working.
